У меня на балансе аккаунта на Амазоне не было средств, а Амазон должен был снять за хранение. Как раз за несколько дней до этого мне позвонили с банка и спросили о подозрительной транзакции, так как я ничего о ней не знала, в целях безопасности банк заблокировал карту и перевыпустил новую, я пыталась ввести данные новой карты в аккаунте и сохраняла несколько раз, но почему-то Амазон не смог снять деньги. После нескольких уведомлений что они не сумели снять средства мне пришло следующее сообщение:
