На видео Шон бродит поздним вечером по пустынным кварталам пригорода. Он вглядывается в небо, словно ждет чего-то. А затем получает звонок от неизвестного. Позже герой пытается разгадать загадку, кто же это был.
Композиция Halfway Off The Balcony вошла в новый альбом исполнителя I Decided. Релиз пластинки состоялся 3 февраля. Она стала пятым лонгплеем в дискографии артиста. Практически половина треков альбома записана при участии других знаменитостей, среди которых Jeremih, Эминем, Twenty88, Migos, The-Dream и другие. Ранее Шон выпустил два сингла из данного альбома и снял к ним клипы.
