Как писал позже автор текста: песня о трансцендентности (т.е. о выходе за грань обычных возможностей) над теми кто видит мир земным и конечным.

В индийской философии есть такой термин Буддхи, что означает разум, интеллектуально-волевое начало. Я не силен во всем этом, но как пишет википедия буддхи изображается возничим запряженной пятью лошадьми колесницы. Вожжи здесь олицетворяют манас, лошади — пять чувств человека, а колесница — тело. Так вот эти пять лошадок способны значительно расширить наше земное сознание.

В песне идет разговор двух людей. Один (одна) уверяет, что завязала. Другой же ему (ей) не верит и говорит, что скоро все повторится.

Слова и музыка были написаны William-ом Garvey. Впервые композиция появилась на саундтреке к фильму «Замужем за мафией» (Married To The Mob) в 1988 году. В 1991 году он стал опять популярным, потому что был использован в фильме «Молчание ягнят» (The Silence of the Lambs). Именно под нее маньяк танцует и подпевает перед зеркалом. В 2006 году этот известный момент был обыгран в другом фильме Клерки 2 (Clercks II), на этот раз под нее танцевал Silent Bob.

Смысл песни заключался в следующем. Согласно восточной философии лошадь символизирует пять чувств – все то, что связывает нас с физической и материальной действительностью. Если преодолеть ограниченность этих чувств происходит переход на более высокий уровень сознания, и человек, сделавший это оставляет своих лошадей позади – пролетая над ними. Именно об этом переходе и поется в песне.

The words and music were written by William-Ohm Garvey. For the first time the song appeared on the soundtrack to the film «is Married to a mafia» (Married To The Mob) in 1988. In 1991 he became popular again, because it was used in the film «Silence of the lambs» (The Silence of the Lambs). It was under her maniac dances and sings in front of the mirror. In 2006, the well-known moment was defeating in the other film Clerks 2 (Clercks II), this time under her dancing Silent Bob.
